Megan Danielle Byrd and Anderson "Andy" Hughes Bradley, both of Burlington, were wed at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, 2018, at Mount Zion Christian Church in Mebane. The Rev. Dr. Rick Webster officiated. Music was by Michelle Byrd, pianist.
The bride is the daughter of Bob Byrd and Susan Powell, both of Burlington. The groom is the son of Clinton Bradley and Sarah Bradley, both of Mebane.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents.
The bride's strapless tiered tulle wedding gown, with jewels, was attached to a two-tiered veil with a beaded, stitched edge. Her strappy low-heel sandals were adorned with crystals. She carried a bouquet of red roses with baby's breath and the groom wore a matching boutonniere. The bride's attendants carried a bouquet of purple roses and the groom's attendants wore matching boutonnieres.
Maid of honor was Lily Powell of Graham, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Jordan Jacoby of Burlington and Brittany Morton of Greenville.
Best man was Jody Dixon of Burlington. Groomsmen were Clinton Bradley, father of the groom, and Christopher Byrd of Burlington, brother of the bride.
Ring bearers were Jack Bradley and Nathan Bradley, both of Mebane, and nephews of the groom.
Junior bridesmaid was Sarah Amash of Burlington, cousin of the bride.
The bride earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is employed in Digital Fulfillment at the Times-News in Burlington.
The groom earned an Associate degree in Criminal Justice from Alamance Community College. He is manager of South Side Storage in Mebane.
The couple honeymooned in North Myrtle Beach and Charleston, S.C. They live in Burlington.
