Julie Ann Vaiarella and Edward Chandler Cox, both of Burlington, were wed at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, April 28, 2018, in Greenville, S.C. The Rev. Nathan Arledge officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Joseph and Camille Vaiarella of Orlando, Fla. The groom is the son of Randy and Louise Cox of Burlington. He is the grandson of Tom and Lynn Chandler of Burlington.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents.
Bridesmaids were Leah Volpe of Orlando, sister of the bride; Mary Alice Cox and Katherine Cox, both of Burlington and sisters of the groom; and Sarah Kamp of Greenville, S.C. and Jenna Rogerson of Cocoa, Fla., both friends of the bride.
The groom's father was best man. Groomsmen were Tom Chandler of Burlington, grandfather of the groom; Mike Coira of Charleston, Peter Vogel of Boston, Mass., and Camden Smith of Charlotte, friends of the groom.
Flower girls were Isabella Volpe and Ella Fletcher, both of Orlando.
Program attendants were Rachel Fahey of West Palm Beach, Fla. and Laura Belcher of Jupiter, Fla.
The bride graduated from Timber Creek High School in Orlando and she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism and Leisure from the University of Florida, Gainesville, Fla. She is a Compliance Analyst with Booster Enterprises, Inc. in Alpharetta, Ga.
The groom graduated from Walter Williams High School in Burlington and he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Clemson University in Clemson, S.C. He is Captive Programs Manager with Brisk Management Services in Burlington.
The couple traveled to Grenada, West Indies. They live in Burlington.
