GRAHAM – Four people, ages 15 to 18, were arrested early Monday after being seen leaving the site of a vehicle break-in, the Graham Police Department said.
Someone reported a break-in occurring about 1 a.m. at a vehicle parked at an apartment complex on Watercourse Circle. When police arrived they saw a vehicle leaving the complex and tried to stop it, but the driver would not stop, police said.
Police chased the vehicle until officers were able to deploy a tire deflation device.
Kaiyona Mone Prevard, 18, was arrested and charged with felony breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. Her bond was set at $5,000 secured.
Three juveniles, ages 15 to 17, were also in the vehicle and will be charged on a juvenile petition.
