MEBANE — A free opportunity to meet with candidates from Alamance County’s Melville township will take place on Thursday, June 20, at 6:30 p.m. at Trackside Bottleshop, 103-A E. Center St. in downtown Mebane.
Township-residing candidates committed to attend are Anthony Pierce, Chris Smith and Levon Barnes. Pierce and Smith are candidates for seats on the Alamance County Board of Commissioners, and Barnes is running for N.C. House District 64, which covers much of eastern and southern Alamance County.
