BURLINGTON — Christen Blethen of Blethen's Body and Soul Therapy, 408-A Alamance Road, the Executive Village, Burlington, is celebrating 30 years of serving Alamance County this month.
Blethen has a degree in psychology and is a board-certified licensed massage therapist, a clinical hypnotherapist, an addiction therapist and a cold laser therapist. Massage and energy techniques include stress and anxiety reduction, myofascial, lymphatic, cupping, deep tissue, lomi lomi, ayurvedic, color puncture, craniosacral, cold laser therapy and reflexology.
