The Scouts of the Pack 9 Bear Den completed their achievement requirement of building bird houses. This effort included the use of many tools, planning and building, with the final step of painting the houses. The Scouts plan to deploy the birdhouses around their homes to house birds for shelter and future observation. The Scouts built some great houses and had a great time building. Many thanks is expressed to Paul Newberry for leading the event and providing great Scout leadership.
