The Scouts of Cub Scout Pack 9 had a great time hiking the trail at Shallow Ford in Burlington. They wore their masks and kept the CDC social distance. The Pack went 2.95 miles in some drizzling rain. Scouts saw a toad and a box turtle. Hiking gives Scouts the opportunity to see nature upfront and close by.
