Police arrested one person and are looking for three more suspects in a shooting that injured a woman on Monday.
Police say four men driving a white, older model Ford Fusion shot at a vehicle on South Beaumont Avenue in Burlington. They missed their target, who was unarmed, and instead hit a pedestrian, Teresa Flowers, 45, according to a press release.
Flowers survived and was taken to the hospital, the release said.
Police identified three of the suspects as Julius Gray, 20, Supreme Cousin, 22, and Charles King, 20, all of Burlington. The fourth suspect has yet to be identified.
On Wednesday, Gray was arrested and charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and going armed to the terror of the public. He was given a $250,000 bond.
Police have warrants out for Cousin and King on the same charges.
