John E. Craig and Brenda Nelms of Chicago, Ill. announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Anne Nelms Craig of Washington, D.C., to Robert Scott Carrico, of Washington, D.C., son of Charles and Jane Carrico of Burlington.
The wedding will take place on June 29, 2019, in Chicago.
The bride graduated from the London School of Economics with a Masters Degree in International Development and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Carleton College in Northfield, Mn. She works as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist with the World Bank in Washington.
The groom graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. He works as a Patent Examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in Alexandria, Va.
