Curtis and Rachel Foushee of Burlington were honored with a family dinner on Thursday, August 9, 2018, in celebration of their 60th wedding anniversary.
Their daughter, Diane Williams of Haw River, served as host.
The Foushees were married on Aug. 9, 1958, in Dillon, S.C.
They have two children: daughter, Diane Williams and her fiancé Tony Barber and son, Desie Foushee and his wife, Dana, of Anderson, S.C.; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren: Maria Canterbury and her husband, Jason and children, Jack and Kate of Tampa, Fla.; Allison Foushee of Anderson, S.C.; Jordan Foushee and his wife, Anna, of Bremerton, Wash.; and Calyn Foushee of Clemson, S.C.
Mrs. Foushee is retired from Lucent Technologies and R.F. Micro Devices.
Mr. Foushee is retired from Lucent Technologies and is a retired Volunteer Fire Fighter from Pleasant Grove Fire Department.
