Wesley Cone
A former Elon resident is launching his third tabletop card game.
Wesley Cone, who now lives in Iowa, is getting ready to raise money on the Kickstarter business fundraising website for “The Upgrades | A Market Expansion,” a sequel to “The Market,” the game he launched in 2021.
He raised the money for his first two games, like the new one, through Kickstarter. All of the games are rooted in the same fictional post-apocalyptic world of Tempo described in “The Empyrean Call,” a young adult novella that Cone wrote. Players explore the post-apocalyptic economy of Tempo, navigating challenges and seizing opportunities in their quest for survival.
