Alamance Parks was awarded a grant to outfit the Eli Whitney and Pleasant Grove community centers with the necessary equipment to support the department’s growing archery program.

Alamance Parks received a grant to fund the purchase of equipment for its archery program. The department currently offers four archery sessions each year. This grant from Easton Foundations will enable the department to expand its archery offerings to the community.
There will be special guests, including Stormwater SMART and the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission, offering engaging nature activities.
