More than 140 charges have been filed against the four, including felony larceny of a motor vehicle, felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle, and felony breaking and entering a motor vehicle, police said.
Police thanked the public for its cooperation, which included sharing video surveillance footage and prompt reporting of suspicious activities.
