Burlington police are investigating a robbery at Family Fare.
At 12:02 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 7, police responded to 2227 Maple Ave. for a report of a strong-armed robbery, according to a press release. A strong-armed robbery is one in which threats or force are used but no weapon.
The suspect took money and property from the store, police said.
The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 5 foot 6 inches tall, medium build, 29 -35 years old, wearing a gray shirt and gray pants. He was driving a purple Ford Edge, the release said.
