The National Weather Services’ hazardous weather outlook indicated Thursday morning that a mix of rain and snow will likely reach the Piedmont late Thursday night and into Friday morning. Local forecasts for the Burlington area indicate the rain-snow mix will start at about 3 a.m. Friday morning, with precipitation expected to shift fully to rain by 9 a.m.
