Upside Aerial will reopen its intro classes starting Feb. 25.
After the classes were cancelled due to COVID-19, new students could only start training through private lessons. Beginning next Thursday at 5:30 p.m., the classes will once again be open, offering new students the chance to learn basic skills.
The Intro to Aerial Skills class is an hour and 15 minutes long and teaches how to support yourself on the silks, how to go upside down, how to climb and a variety of aerial tricks. Classes are $30 each for drop-ins or four-class ($104) or eight-class packs ($184) can be purchased.
The studio also offers more advanced aerial classes, lyra/aerial hoop classes, pole classes, yoga and more. Private and semi-private lessons are also available.
Group classes are open to participants ages 16 and up. Spots are limited so participants are asked to register at www.upsideaerial.com.
Upside Aerial is located at 2241 Hanford Road, Suite 103, Burlington. For more information, call (704) 281-1100.
