Beginning Monday, Link Transit will launch a free vaccine clinic transportation shuttle from the Worth Street Transfer Hub to the new clinic being set up on Eric Lane.
The joint vaccine clinic will be run by the Alamance County Health Department and Cone Health at 2401 Eric Lane, Unit 100 in Burlington. The shuttle, funded by the CARES Act, will provide transportation to the site.
Residents may board from any Link Transit stop and inform the driver they are going to the vaccine clinic. They will ride to the transfer hub and board the Vaccinate Alamance Shuttle there. Return transportation to the transfer hub is also available.
The Vaccinate Alamance Shuttle will follow the schedule below:
Transfer Hub Departure Times
- 6:35 am.
- 8:05 a.m.
- 9:35 a.m.
- 11:05 a.m.
- 12:35 p.m.
- 2:05 p.m.
- 3:35 p.m.
Eric Lane Departure Times
- 7:45 a.m.
- 9:15 a.m.
- 10:50 a.m.
- 12:15 p.m.
- 1:45 p.m.
- 3:20 p.m.
- 4:45 p.m.
Vaccinations at the Vaccinate Alamance Clinic are available to eligible persons by appointment only and can be scheduled through the Health Department at 336-290-0650. The appointment line is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or until available appointment slots are filled. Appointments can also be made at conehealth.com/vaccine.
