The Burlington Police Department swore in new officers June 8. All attended Basic Law Enforcement Training at Alamance Community College, graduating in May.
Hayley Rumley, 24, of Snow Camp graduated from Southern Alamance High School and attended Greensboro College. Rumley was hired by the Burlington Police Department in December.
Taylor Robertson, 21, of Burlington graduated from Burlington Christian Academy and attended Alamance Community College. Robertson was hired by the Burlington Police Department in November.
Tyson Poe, 22, of Snow Camp graduated from Southern Alamance High School and attended N.C. Wesleyan College in Rocky Mount. Poe was hired by the Burlington Police Department in April.
Katherine Malina, 28, of Concord graduated from Forest Lake Academy in Apopka, Fla., and attended UNC-Greensboro. Malina was hired by the Burlington Police Department in December.
Jackie Justice, 32, of McLeansville graduated from Eastern Guilford High School and attended Guilford Technical Community College in Jamestown. Justice has been a licensed paramedic in since 2009. Justice was hired by the Burlington Police Department in January.
Dabrious Williams, 25, of Sutherlin, Va., graduated from Dan River High School in Ringgold, Va., and attended Liberty University. Williams earned detention officer certification in 2017 and served in the Guilford County jail. Williams was hired by the Burlington Police Department in December.
Preston Gallagher, 22, of Snow Camp graduated from Southern Alamance High School and attended Tusculum University in Greenville, Tenn. Gallagher was hired by the Burlington Police Department in December.
