BURLINGTON — The African American Cultural Arts and History Center aims to spotlight issues affecting women in a discussion on Saturday, March 18, from 1-4 p.m.

This panelist talk, "Being Phenomenal," will be held at Occasions Catering and Southern Cuisine, 286 E. Front St., Burlington. There is no cost to reserve a spot, but attendees with be responsible for their lunch, which is $12 per person.
