Two additional people have been arrested after a man was killed on Sept. 29.
Police said Marcus Gerard Mosley, 28, was shot in the 300 block of Foster Street in Burlington and later died of his injuries. On Thursday, Oct. 15, Jovanta Contavious Woods, 28, of Burlington was charged with felony first degree murder in connection to the shooting, according to a press release from the Burlington Police Department.
On Friday, Oct. 23, police arrested Patrick Boliva Richmond Jr., 20, and Daquan Deonte Hester, 23.
Richmond is being charged with felony first degree murder and felony robbery with a dangerous weapon.
Hester is being charged with felony first degree murder, felony robbery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of felony possession of a firearm by a felon, felony breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana.
All three men are being held at the Alamance County Jail without a bond.
